When my husband and I began the process of buying a home we went to Quicken Loans online service. In the beginning all was well and we really liked the initial person who helped us work the all the paperwork needed to get pre-approved. He told us that they provided a free service of realtors that would help find the house we were looking for and with this service we didn’t pay the percentage for this realtor, it was included in their service to us. They made it sound like they were saving us 10%. Come to find out in Texas the buying realtor is always paid by the seller. The realtor Quicken provided was terrible. We lost the opportunity to view several homes because of his response time to us. We decided at one point to go by ourselves and see a home that was listed. That is where we met Sherri. She was very kind, honest and very willing to help. After that I did ask her through email about any other homes she may know of in the area that we could go and look at. She provided me with some homes and only asked that if we were interested, to please come back to her. Sherri was so willing to provide a service and these days it’s hard to find someone that still trusts people. Long story short my husband and I decided to go with Sherri and the Lender that she works with and we are so happy that we did. Sherri works hard and long hours to make sure that you will find the home you are looking for. Her sense of humor and kindness really made buying our home enjoyable. I highly recommend Sherri.
