My wife and I were looking to buy in the near future so i looked on zillow just to see what was in the area we were looking at. I didn’t put my phone # down so i got an email from Richard the next day he was not pushy and was very understanding finally we decided it was time to talk to someone so I called Richard and he set us up to look at a house and we meet Richard that evening for the first time and it was like we all have been friends forever easy to talk to doesn’t try to push you into buying actually tried to have us to wait until our lease was up so we were not out any more money then we needed to be. Richard was looking out for our best interest. Wow I had never met a realtor that was looking out for me. all in all i would have Richard sell, buy or go fishing with in the future. that day we just didn’t meet our realtor we made a friend for life. Thank you Richard you are very wonderful person. Oh by the way Richard found us our dream home we love the house we bought and it is everything all in one that we were looking for. Could not ask for a better Realtor.
